What does Majordomo mean?

Majordomo is a person who speaks, makes arrangements, or takes charge for another. In that spirit, we aim to go above and beyond for our guests.

What type of cuisine does Majordomo serve?

We serve California cuisine inspired by the different food cultures present in Los Angeles and the bounty of Southern California products.

Who is the chef at Majordomo?

Tim Mangun is the Executive Chef of Majordomo. David Chang is the Chef and Founder of Momofuku.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes. Please alert our team of any special dietary needs you have, and they’ll be able to help identify appropriate offerings. Due to our constantly evolving menus, we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Is Majordomo wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

How do you preorder the Whole Plate Short Rib?

Please call the restaurant at 323-545-4880 at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. If we are unable to take the call, feel free to leave a message and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you do take-out orders or delivery?

Yes. Please visit our to go page for our offerings.

Can I bring in my own beverages or desserts?

We accept corkage for bottles of wine that are not on our list. Corkage is $40 per 750ml bottle for up to two bottles, $60 for each additional bottle. If you wish to bring your own dessert, there will be a cake cutting fee of $5 per person.

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or at any of our restaurants. Gift cards are redeemable at our restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. Please note, Momofuku gift cards are not redeemable at Momofuku Las Vegas or Fuku.  

What is the parking situation at Majordomo?

There is a parking lot with a pay machine right across from the restaurant on Naud St that also offers valet. Please look out for temporary No Parking signage as many productions are active nearby.
