What does Majordōmo mean?

Majordōmo is a person who speaks, makes arrangements, or takes charge for another. In that spirit, we aim to go above and beyond for our guests.

What type of cuisine does Majordōmo serve?

We serve California cuisine inspired by the different food cultures present in Los Angeles and the bounty of Southern California products.

Who is the chef at Majordōmo?

Jude Parra-Sickels is the Executive Chef of Majordōmo. David Chang is the Chef and Founder of Momofuku.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes. Please alert our team of any special dietary needs you have, and they’ll be able to help identify appropriate offerings. Due to our constantly evolving menus, we can make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

Is Majordōmo wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Do you take reservations? Do you allow walk-ins?

Yes. We accept reservations for groups up to 10 on our site and by calling the restaurant at (323) 545-4880. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance, including the current day. For parties of 11 and larger, please contact us at domoevents@momofuku.com.

We always recommend making reservations, though walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I have a private event at Majordōmo?

Yes. We can accommodate as few as 11 guests and as many as 300 guests for parties at Majordōmo. Please contact us at domoevents@momofuku.com and we will be in touch.

Can I bring my own wine?

Yes. Our corkage fee is $30 per 750mls for the first two bottles and $50 for each subsequent bottle. Please note that we do not allow corkage for wines that appear on our list.

Can I bring my own cake?

Yes. Our cutting fee is $3 per guest. We allow candles but not sparklers.

Do you do take-out orders or delivery?

No.

Do you sell gift cards? 

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or at any of our restaurants. Gift cards are redeemable at our restaurants in New York, Washington, and Los Angeles. Please note, Momofuku gift cards are not redeemable at Momofuku Las Vegas or Fuku.  

What is the parking situation at Majordōmo?

Valet is available for $8 on Naud St. Street parking is also available on our cross street of Wilhardt and nearby Spring St. and Main St.
